It’s officially barbecue season in California! Unless you’re like my Tio Temo who continues to barbecue all season long even if his grill is half buried in snow, then you might not be feeling the same amount of excitement as I am right now. Either way, the weather has been beautiful lately, so we’ve been grilling at least once a week at our house. This week I’m sharing a comfort food appetizer that I came up with for the Cacique blog.

A grilled Anaheim chile and corn barbecue appetizer with Cacique® cheese that you’re going to love.

The sweetness from the roasted corn, combined with two Cacique® cheeses and roasted chiles creates a flavor that is perfect all by itself, but also pairs well with any other meat and tacos you’re serving up at your barbecue.

Visit the Cacique® blog for the full 6-ingredient recipe, and let us know what you think! Don’t forget to pin or share it for later when it’s time to fire up your grill!

Catcha later!
